Tianjin Pengzhan Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. produces oil, natural gas and civil spiral  steel pipes.  Our  company  is  located  in Anjiazhuang Industrial Zone, Xidizhuang Town, Jinghai County, Tianjin, on the shore of the Bohai Sea, beside the bank of the ancient canal, adjacent to  Beijing-Shanghai Railway,  Beijing-Fuzhou Expressway,  Dandong - Lhasa  Expressway  and Tianjin New  Port, enjoying  convenient  road, railway and water transportation conditions. Now, our company covers an area of over 100 mu and has fixed assets of over RMB 40 million, circulating fund of over RMB 80 million and domestically most advanced spiral welded pipe equipment. Besides, we have introduced cutting-edge Lincoln welders from the USA and purchased advanced test equipment including industrial televisions, ultrasonic testing equipment and hydrostatic pressure test equipment. We also have built a complete laboratory. Currently, we have more than 360 employees including over 50 engineering technical personnel; and employed a number of welded pipe experts and technicians from petroleum and natural gas  companies .  What's   more ,  we have successfully  got  the  A1  level  certificate  of  GB/T9711.2- 1999,  API  certificate  and  certificate  of  ISO9001:2008. Every  year,  we  can  produce  150,000  tons  of  spiral  double-sided  submerged - arc  welded  steel  pipes  (φ219mm-φ2420mm and  wall  thickness  from  5mm  to  25mm) , which  are widely used in  such  industries  as petroleum, natural gas transportation, urban heating network, water supply pipes and sewage discharge, chemicals, salt brine, steel structures, bridges, foundation piling, port machinery, and electrical power.
